    The 2008 European Leadership Forum will feature invitation only Roundtable Discussion
Groups, limited to twenty-five to thirty participants each and focused on a major sector issue
or specific theme crucial to successful global companies. Each Roundtable will include senior
representatives from the industry, analysts, regulatory representatives and clients to ensure
an interactive and lively debate, with co-moderation from BusinessWeek’s global editors and
expert analysts from the sector. After introductions the Roundtables will proceed through
a specific agenda with a defined set of questions to debate and answer, moderated through-
out to ensure a good flow of debate and discussion, and will conclude with the creation of a
summary outline and whitepaper on the questions posed. Draft topics and sectors are
