FEES: The standard fee for this one
day conference is: £1,250 + VAT @ 15% which includes all sessions, lunch,
dinner, refreshments and documentation.
VAT: Under EU legislation delegates from all countries are required to
pay VAT on any event taking place in the UK. Delegates from outside the
EU member states may be entitled to reclaim the cost. Help in relcaiming
tax is available from Tax Back International.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received
in writing before Wednesday 4th November 2009 will be subject to a service
charge of £150. The full fees remain payable after Wednesday 4th November
2009. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

PROGRAMME CHANGES: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identify of the speakers. This contract is subject to English Law.

or monitored in order to check the quality of the service being provided.
