Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations of registration must be received in writing. If cancellations are received:
More than 14 days before the conference, you will be given a full refund less 10% of standard registration fee for administration costs.
Within 14 days before the conference, we regret no refund will be made, but substitution of an appropriate level senior executive is encouraged. We would appreciate prior notification of substitute participants.
